Free benchmark ยท no signup

Compare your churn and MRR against other founders.

Free benchmark: submit your churn, failed-payment rate and trial conversion anonymously, and see how they sit against every other founder who did.

Pick a segment and look. Nothing is shown until a segment has at least 5 submissions โ€” a median of two founders is a rumour, not a benchmark.

Every segment

Anonymous. No email, no domain, no account โ€” three numbers only.

  1. 01

    Pick your segment

Four business models across five MRR bands, because a $2k SaaS and a $200k SaaS share no median.

  2. 02

    Add your three numbers

Monthly churn, share of charges that fail, trial-to-paid. Twenty seconds, nothing identifying.

  3. 03

    See where you sit

p25, median and p75 for the segment, with the sample size printed next to every figure.

About Bench

Every benchmark article you have read quotes the same handful of enterprise surveys, where the median company is nothing like yours. Bench is the opposite: numbers submitted by bootstrapped founders, shown by MRR band, with the sample size printed next to every figure.

Submissions are anonymous, aggregated, and never shown until a segment has enough of them to mean anything. If a segment is thin, it says so rather than showing a median of two.

Questions

What do you store?
The numbers you submit and the segment they belong to. No email, no domain, no account โ€” there is nothing in a submission that points back at you.
Why is my segment empty?
A median needs a sample. Segments stay hidden until enough founders have submitted, and the count is always printed next to the figures.
Can I see the raw data?
Not per submission โ€” that is the trade for people being willing to submit honest numbers. Distributions and counts are public on every segment page.
